We are seeking multiple full-time Assembly Technicians in our Production Department
Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to perform packaging of customer products
- Perform Quality Control inspection
- Maintaining product documentation
- Complete attention to detail working in a clean environment
- Maintain work flow in a timely manner and perform quality tests as required
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to sit or stand for periods of time

- Ability to work Overtime
- Must be able to lift and move 40 pounds, if required
Requirements

Quality Assurance Manager
Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality plans, maintaining the document control system and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits by regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the investigation, root cause analysis and resolution of quality events such as Nonconformance, Customer Feedback, Corrective Action Preventative Actions, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development and manufacturing.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance (medical device industry experience a plus).
• In-depth knowledge ISO Standards (14385 knowledge a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with JMP, Minitab, or other statistical analysis software.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.

Inventory Control Specialist
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, issuance, and shipment of customer products and production materials. This position supports warehouse, cleanroom, sterilization, and manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures, FDA regulations, and applicable quality system requirements. Full time position, compensation range is $22 -$28/hour, eligible for full benefits.
Requirements
1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
a. Perform Shipping and Receiving of customer products
b. Perform incoming material verification and inspection activities in accordance with established procedures
c. Ensure materials meet identification, labeling, traceability, and documentation requirements
d. Keep running inventory of packaging materials and supplies
e. Support Clean Room Operations with materials and supplies
f. Maintain Records and Documentation
g. Stage Jobs for production
h. Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices as defined by FDA and the Eagle Medical quality Manual
i. Basic knowledge of the whole company work flow
j. Understand and help employees to understand GMP and Company Handbook
k. Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transactions
l. Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories
m. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
n. Ensure inventory traceability and material identification
o. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of replenishment needs
p. Verify inventory accuracy within ERP, inventory, or spreadsheet systems
q. Perform other duties as assigned
1. Minimum Qualifications
a. Education
i. High School Diploma or GED
ii. Proof of 4 yrs of like job duties or skills
b. Experience
i. Must have Warehouse experience (3-5 years preferred, will train if well qualified in other skills)
ii. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and electronic inventory recordkeeping systems.
c. Other
i. General knowledge of Shipping and receiving procedures
ii. Knowledge of weighing equipment, inventory measurement, and material handling practices.
iii. Knowledge in UPS / FedEx procedures
