Assembly Technician 1

We are seeking multiple full-time Assembly Technicians in our Production Department

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to perform packaging of customer products
  • Perform Quality Control inspection
  • Maintaining product documentation
  • Complete attention to detail working in a clean environment
  • Maintain work flow in a timely manner and perform quality tests as required
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to sit or stand for periods of time
  • Exercises Great Team work and Enthusiasm
  • Solid communication skills
  • Ability to work Overtime
  • Must be able to lift and move 40 pounds, if required

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, can substitute with history of active employment
  • Company provides ongoing internal Quality training

Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

-          Design and Implement Processes: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and systems.

-          Quality Control: Evaluate and improve quality control processes.

-          Efficiency Improvements: Analyze production data to identity areas for improvement.

-          Compliance: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with government regulations.

-          Equipment Management: Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment.

Requirements

Skills Required

-             Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical and industrial engineering principles.

-          Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Project Management: Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

-          Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office.

-          Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and complaience.

Education and Training

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred

-          Certifications: Relevant certification like Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Manufacturing Engineer can be beneficial.

-          On-the-Job Training: Practical hands-on experience is very beneficial
